Run Spybot-S&D. Go to the Mode menu, and make sure Advanced Mode is selected. On the left hand side, choose Tools - Resident. Uncheck Resident TeaTimer and OK any prompts.

I don't see also any antivirus at the moment protecting your computer. I suggest you to install AVG9. Also remove the stub.exe denial rule from Zone Alarm in order to let AVG updated and run a full system scan. Visit to download AVG 9 setup file to your desktop. Double click the downloaded setup file to Install AVG 9 then update it. On the left side click Computer scanner and select Scan whole computer.
When the scan finished under Result Overview tap at the end of scan result click Export overview to file. Select File Type: All files Name: scan.txt and save it on your desktop.
